Testimony isn't hearsay. If an officer of the court receives testimony, it isn't hearsay.
What we have to examine is the actual conditions under which he received this testimony.
I'm not saying it was all testimony. It might not have been. He presented the details about how this information was received in his classified testimony to Congress...and we don't actually have the details.
