Continuing my conspiracy theory... they (WH) needed a reason to bring the obama's front and center in the news...or a reason to have official people on the property to search for incriminating stuff. Chef is now in protective custody, singing.

Read the head was damaged when his body was found. Wonder if it was bad enough that he wouldn't be recognizable... thus the double would be undetected.
