While McCartney could consistently put out melodic masterpieces,"Junk" from McCartney is a fantastic song, don't know why The Beatles rejected it.

Yeah I like that one too. “Hell on Wheels” was Paul and Linda’s Land Rover.

Yes, and John answered by writing “How Do You Sleep?”
It’s an extremely vicious song and totally uncalled for. But that was John…

Yeah I like that one too. “Hell on Wheels” was Paul and Linda’s Land Rover. Yes it was :)
But the refrain reminds me especially of my great niece Helen
Helen (helen) hell on wheels
Ain't nobody else gonna know the way she feels
Helen (helen) hell on wheels
And they never gonna take her away
She was the smallest and at first the most fragile of the triplets but also the feistiest.

George Harrison was the only Beatle to do anything worth listening to after the breakup.

He may have been more significant than previously thought.

"George Harrison was the only Beatle to do anything worth listening to after the breakup. He may have been more significant than previously thought."Agreed. I think Lennon/McCartney kept each other from releasing terrible material. That ended when they split up.
