Sheila is released from jail on a technicality because Ridge and Bill, "entrapped" her.

After the verdict, Finn her natural son, whom she gave up for adoption, is hugging his natural mother, unknown to Steffie.

Liam(Steffies) former husband records this on his phone.

Steffie is terrified that Sheila is out, and barricades herself in her house, and the tea kettles screams(which was on a gas stove(AOC, Hollywood evil) and looks out the window.
