"Gorebal Warning impossible without Summer."

Happens every year.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could have Summertime without all the control freak hype?

I’m greatly alarmed because rarely is my thermometer indicating the “Average” temperature.

Such instabilities causing temperatures to zoom up and down around the “average” are reason for concern about man-made activities, especially carbon-based fuels.

We MUST return temperatures to the average, or we are doomed.

Approximately half of temperatures are below average.

There may be something to this. I live in the northeastern part of the country. The past few weeks, the temperatures have been in the 80s and 90s. Just six months ago, they were in the 20s and 30s.

I don't watch television, but I take visual samples when I walk by one, just to see what the latest focus is on.

Except for the keening over the "Obama Chef" who drowned, the laser focus appears to be nearly universal hysteria that we are in a killer heat wave that is the direct result of global warming.

There was an article I saw yesterday that looked at this graph which appeared to show that extreme heat and extreme cold caused, overall, roughly the same kind of fatality rates. At first blush, one might think...why publish this? It appears to show that warm-weather deaths are approaching cold weather deaths is my guess.

This was the graph. But there is something odd about this graph, isn't there? Do you see it? (I didn't when I first looked at it). Look at the left side of the graph (deaths due to cold weather) and examine the scale at the bottom. Then, look at the scale on the right side (deaths due to hot weather).

They are completely different scales. The "heat-death related scale" on the right displays "Excess Death Rate (per 100,000 person-years) on a scale of 0 to 40.

But when you look at the Left side, the "cold-death related scale" has an scale of 0 to 250.

Why would they do that? It has been long known that cold weather is much harsher towards human life than hot weather, mostly due to common sense factors. Here is the same graph with a corrected scale:

What the data really shows is that cold weather kills ten times as many people as hot weather. But, in the deliberate attempt to mislead and incite hysteria, they attempted to make it look as if both hot and cold weather were just as deadly, and that is due to recent "changes in climate" ie....global warming.

Why would they do that, indeed? Because they are dishonest. That wasn't a mistake. It was fully intentional to mislead. This is endemic. And it is the reason thinking people reject the "Climate Change" narrative being pushed. If the statistics were real and honest, it would be different.

Just more evidence of the conspiracy we know to exist and evidenced by testimony on the Hill.

I don’t need more proof, but it’s good to keep up the pressure by posting it.

I think it’s being caused by the massive migration of foreign freeloaders to the American southwest.

I moved to Texas in 2006. The day I moved in it was 114 outside. There is a term we Texans use to describe this heat. It’s called “SUMMER!”

From that essay:

the social control vectors they got a taste of under covid have left them hungry for more.

And anyone with a semi-functional brain and any knowledge of history knew this the moment the first “lockdown” was announced.

Beautiful country. Very nice people, and almost everyone speaks English. There’s very little street crime there, and unlike in US cities, there isn’t a heavy police presence everywhere. You can see the legacy of socialist totalitarianism everywhere, but less so than in poorer neighboring countries like Bosnia and Montenegro.
