When a weapons release is operational, we just take a couple Fauci Beagles, infect them with biological weapon, and release them on the streets of said target city.

I'm glad somebody said this. They are also funded by DoD's global Biosurveillance program. The are meant to detect an emerging outbreak. We don't have any in China!
