My peeve is the mail I get from some charitable organizations such “Doctor’s Without Borders” or veteran groups who send packages with greeting cards, small flags, names on postal return stickers, gloves, etc. They are wasting someone’s donation dollars on junk in an attempt to get more donations. I’ve put “refused, return to sender” on a couple and dropped in the mailbox but I expect the PO just junks it. I saw a report recently on the percentage of donations that actually go to the designated charity. One top charity was “Tunnel to Towers” with an A+ rating.

A list of America’s top charities (by percentage of money spent on programs relative to overhead) can be found at the below link. Note that many that advertise on TV are not found on this list (St. Jude and Shriner’s for example).

They give the Clinton Foundation a B+ rating ... I see no pro-life or pro-gun entities there.

I smell a rat.
