Silicon testicles, I’ve seen them. A buddy if mine sold all that medical prosthetic technology and ortho hardware too. Never had to worry about a lack if work.

Some dog owners even had silicon testicles put in their dogs after neutering, but only after the dog had reached its mature size.

I guess it must be saline these days, but I’m unsure if silicon was ever fully taken off the market. Some women prefer the silicon as it mimics the real tissue better than the saline inserts.
