Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly on a ‘trial separation’ amid nasty fights, financial pressure, and opposing lifestyles. Divorce papers might have been filed.
The scoop about their non-identity damaging their marriage:
VIDEO AT LINK.............
As some reports indicate, Meghan allegedly plans to file for divorce and wants sole and full custody of the children. However, that might not be so simple. According to reports, the royal family operates with a strange custody agreement when its couples have their children, which states that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has full legal custody over the young royals. Royal expert Marlene Koenig told news outlets: “The sovereign has legal custody of the minor grandchildren.”
Koenig continued: “This goes back to King George I [who ruled in the early 1700s], and the law’s never been changed. He did it because he had a very poor relationship with his son, the future King George II, so they passed this law that meant the King was the guardian of his grandchildren.”
However, they’re living in America, and that doesn’t fly here. Also, she’s ruthless and will start making up stories about Harry and the Royal family. Harry should have listened to Queen Elizabeth, who, along with Prince William, tried to convince him not to marry her.
Queen Elizabeth II allegedly told people she was sorry her grandson Harry met Meghan Markle. She called Meghan “evil” and their courtship a “complete catastrophe.”
The dignified monarch “saw through Meghan Markle” and made the uncharacteristic remarks at a reception in Balmoral in August, weeks before she died. This is according to a source who spoke with the Spectator.
Prince Harry faces a brutal opponent. She’s a terrible person.
As spilled by a palace insider to the publication ARY News, Harry plans a solo trip to his “second home,” Africa, to find himself. Meanwhile, his former actress wife has embarked on a journey to establish her personal brand and professional ventures. The Prince has a hotel room set up upon his return from Africa.
As further informed by an anonymous insider to a foreign publication, ARY claims the couple was under an immense financial crunch to fund their lavish lifestyle in California, including the $14 million mansion and huge security costs, after they lost on their mega deal with audio platform Spotify last month. That led to them selling “their mansion” in Montecito. T
However, a source close to the couple assured the publication that the rumors are not entirely true, confirming that the two are indeed taking time apart as Harry heads to Africa for the new Netflix documentary.
“That stress, coupled with their emotional issues, has likely made life a living hell. Taking time apart on different continents will hopefully help them find whatever they need to move on,” the source added.
They have another woke show confirmed on Netflix that few will watch.
LOL, who had the over-under on this?
LOL, wisdom from Al Bundy!!!!!!!!!!
Time for him to vacation to England and stay.
Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was born at 05:26 BST (04:26 UTC) on 6 May 2019 at the Portland Hospital in London.
His daughter was born in Santa Barbara Hospital.
She may get none anyway. In many jurisdictions inherited money is considered to belong to that person. It depends on how the money is passed down and the location. I'm pretty sure The Palace will make sure all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted to make sure the money and children are protected.
And make amends
Harry should take the family to England and stay at the King Henry VIII’th hotel.
They currently reside in the US. British law would be ignored by a US Family Court judge.
Harry’s only hope would be to grab the kids, hop on a British-flagged airliner, arrive in UK, and throw himself upon the mercy of his father.
Otherwise the Royal Family may see Megan decide to demand full custody, and then decide that the kids are really transgender...
There are several reddit posters at r/saintmeghanmarkle who claim knowledge of British law WRT line of succession and adoption/surrogacy.
They believe the law is clear that if Meghan used a surrogate, that child is considered “adopted” — regardless of the DNA tests — and is not part of the line of succession.
OK I’ve read 106 posts and no one has asked if this is true.
Looked for a second source - bupkis. I hope Harry can get out of the mess he’s in - but I don’t think this story is real.
Meghan Markle, at age 41, is no longer on the A-list for top money actresses.
If the kids were born in UK, they are Brits......plus their dad is a royal Brit.
Prince Harry is almost 40 years old.
For someone who grew up in the public eye, his financial decisions and behavior toward his family have been shockingly immature.
“Meghan Markle, at age 41, is no longer on the A-list for top money actresses.”
Don’t count out Disney.
the children are her connection to more $$$ - trotting them out, controlling them, using them for publicity...
*************
Kind of like the golden rule (i.e., he who holds the gold makes the rules). And she’ll label any attempts by Harry to connect with the children as being ‘disruptive and harmful’ to their well being. This is going to be a financial and custody mess of epic proportions.
Don't care about Harry and Meghan either, but I did get a chuckle out of this gem in the article:
As further informed by an anonymous insider to a foreign publication, ARY claims the couple was under an immense financial crunch ... However, a source close to the couple assured the publication that the rumors are not entirely true, confirming that the two are indeed taking time apart...
That's right, an anonymous source telling you not to believe the other anonymous sources. I enjoy irony and dry humor.
The story may not be true right now. It may be a scenario that plays out in the future.
It also may be a shot across the bow for the Markles. Nobody plays the long game like The Palace. Meghan should have known that.
Never marry down
“states that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has full legal custody over the young royals.”
Not any more, she doesn’t. So Charles now?
I’m not a lawyer, but would love to hear from one on this.
My impression is that if they are physically present in the US, then US law, and not British law, applies to them.
As an example, a Muslim who legally marries more than one wife in a Muslim country, and who then comes to the US, will not have his polygamous marriage recognized in the US, despite the laws of the country where it was performed.

“ Not any more, she doesn’t”
Correct. Yet the “Independent Sentinel” ran the story with a July 2023 date.
Fake news.
