Yes, white people have no inclination to play with or even touch black peoples’ hair. But black women are definitely touchy about the subject. They don’t want anyone touching their hair, but they are also obsessed with touching white peoples’ hair. I used to have long hair in high school and numerous times black girls would start touching my pony tail without my permission. It was a bit weird.
