Yes.. But. How does any sort of liability work? could that somehow negate any immunity deals from side effects that the Pharma companies have now?

By Fla reclassifying this not as a medicine. But as a weapon. Might open the flood gates to suits against the manufacturers? even if suits were ONLY in florida by effected residents.

No. They have immunity granted by the federal government. A state law can’t override that.

No, again, federal law trumps state law. Been that way since Marbury v. Madison in 1803.
