Thanks but does not appear on my version. Playing around with three dots on top right and the circle within a circle next to them appears to give entree to bookmarking. Not intuitive though.

Okay... you’ve got an older version.
Can you find “Help” or “Settings” under the 3 dots; click “Get Newer Version” or “Get Latest Security Upgrade”, with much better features... also, it might be under “About Opera” under older versions.
