This is now a epidemic across the country. This is intentional ! No AC, bad sound, lights being left on, bad attitude, smoke in the theater, fire evacuation, police call to scene, money being refunded without you knowing, money being refunded, numerous numerous suspicious activity. This is a safety security concern.

Also hearing that when people buy their tickets online they get almost a full theater. When they show up theater is almost empty. Not sure what is going on but sounds like someone/organization is buying up tickets but not going. Sure would like to know who THEY are.
I’ve been to countless movies as have others and this crap doesn’t happen, and it isn’t happening to other movies at the same theaters. Normalcy Bias doesn’t apply here.
FYI, I was on a United airlines flight yesterday from Spokane to Denver.
When we landed and were waiting to get off the plane I heard a familiar voice.
US Senator Ted Cruz was standing in the aisle five rows in front of me taking a selfie with another passenger in Coach/economy. He was in row 24 with all of the common folks.
He carried his own luggage when he exited the plane. I never saw him after that.
Jim, was the right actor at this time to play this role.

I’m planning to see this movie next week. I am very skeptical about the A/C thing - theaters are businesses. They are not going to damage their reputation with their own customers and lose money in the process just to play childish pranks on a movie they don’t like - they could just choose not to screen the movie in the first place.
Is coincidence you said that. Lightning also hit the theater I was in, and the screen went blank. There was still power in the theater. Our location went dark for over 10 minutes
It doesn’t surprise me that it’s happening in some theaters - just saying the behavior it doesn’t appear to be a top-down policy directive. Let’s hope people complain at the local level and the perpetrators get fired or lose their franchise.
I have no doubt that the corporate execs are woke perverts and are refusing to promote the movie - but sabotaging the AC and such - that is likely to be local haters at the staff level going rogue.

Word of mouth was how most knew about it.

It’s happening 5 miles from me. I personally know a dozen people that left because there was no AC in 89 degree weather. They put it in the smallest screen they have.
I’ve been to movies since 1965 and NEVER had any issues other than a reel glitch .
The sound system next door showing Spiderverse was SO loud it drowned out SOF. The walls were thundering. Management wouldn’t turn it down.
Were all my friends who experienced this in on the conspiracy?
It’s not the owners running the A/C and the projector.
It’s the college and high school crowd, or the local manager.
