These people hung up on NBCness have no clue of the Constitution, the 14th Amendment, over 50 court cases and SCOTUS decisions, and numerous presidents duly elected despite the NBC screechings.


Please provide a link to SCOTUS rulings on NBC. I remember reading that SCOTUS has yet to take up the NBC issue. When last raised during obama’s caper, no one had “standing” to question his pedigree and were shouted down. Here we are again with Heels Harris...ineligible because neither parent was a citizen at the time of her birth in Oakland, (Yes, she can be a senator, but not VPOTUS/POTUS)....crickets from congress or the courts, or Mark Levin. Shameful.

Exactly. If Obama or anyone had no standing, the issue would have proceeded to the Supreme Court.

Under the 14th Amendment’s Naturalization Clause and the Supreme Court case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 US. 649, anyone born on U.S. soil and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. This type of citizenship is referred to as birthright citizenship.

“Birthright citizenship” was confirmed in a series of court cases in the nineteenth century and was explicitly stated in the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
