22 year home inspector here....have had several clients use them here in coastal southeast Texas and they run them through the ringer on rural properties with wells and septic systems.
I’ve used them before and currently on my retirement home although it’s a short term loan and they’ve been great. My daughter is also using them on their current home and like them.
I used them to buy my current house. Since I bought it from out of state, they helped me contact a real estate agent, buy insurance, get the inspections, everything. They assign a concierge to each case to help with everything associated with buying a home.
As soon as the mortgage settled, they sold it. But they are ready to help again if I decide to move.
Here’s their Better Business Bureau page: https://www.bbb.org/us/mo/columbia/profile/mortgage-broker/veterans-united-home-loans-0734-310024839

Absolutely the best guy and they were so good to me I told them I’d do a promo video or referral anytime they needed one-
Cannot say enough good things about veterans united- I wear their shirt everywhere-
I’ve had three VA loans. The last two were with Veterans United. It’s a shame you missed out on the lowest interest rates in like forever, but if you can lock in on what’s out there now...
Anyway, they treated me right and the head guy I was dealing with really seemed to look out for me. The only draw back we had was the realtor they assigned wasn’t as aggressive or assertive enough with the sellers. There were a couple of houses we would have out-bid if we could have. She seemed to somehow think we had a low income.
can you join a military credit union many bases have offices and they do home loans..
