She was holding the trust hostage. She wanted to be buried next to Elvis which means someone would have had to be moved.
Riley agreed to let her be buried there but not next to Elvis. She also got a payout and will be paid as a consultant. I think her kid gets 1/9 of the trust.
IIRC Elvis was pretty much broke when he Died, Priscilla invested the estate’s money wisely. that may be her leverage
