Even at that hes reaching back there a bit too far if his intent is to strike up support from the younguns. I think the AF was the last US service to issue those type as standard issue uniforms in about ‘88.
Some other countries used those for a while but why try such a lame attempt in those countries? Its not as though those countries are the ones signing his paychecks.
