Russia has expressed concerns that the Zelensky regime may commit mass civilian casualties and blame Russia ( this is a real possibility ), so perhaps Zelensky doesn’t need much of a delivery system
There’s a poster here who is fine with a nuclear exchange. Of course he’s in his 70’s, which shows his compassion for his countrymen.
Another poster was advocating using special forces to commit terrorist attacks, purposefully, against women and children in Russia.

Biden said the quiet part out loud - the reason he is giving the Ukraine cluster munitions is because we have run out of all other types of munitions to send them so they are all we have left to send.

Russia has used up a very large proportion of its original active force of tanks. Maybe the majority of them, if you go with the Ukraine MOD number, or over half if the Oryx number.
They have since pulled a lot of tanks out of reserve, including T62s and even T55s, both of which have shown up at the front.
Enter cluster bombs and nuclear fallout. Force multipliers as EG&G Rotron and Raytheon would print in their brochures.
I think we all knew that this was Ukraine's fate the moment Russia started massing troops on the border. Ukraine had no Army to speak of. No training. They had no military equipment. Their economy couldn't cover the costs of war on their own. They were lucky to keep as much territory as they have. But what was the cost in human lives?
