Public figures have less privacy rights than private individuals.
It can be fairly argued that Hunter Biden is a public figure.
Also, his computer was abandoned property and the new owner put it into the public domain (I believe). There is zero expectation of privacy for what was on that computer.
It was less offensive than the public nudity of typical faggots at one of their parades.
