I dont think thats the standard surgery. It looks like they took the key off a canned ham and every day her assistant just gives it two cranks. Poor thing, they should let a little bit out so she can put her arms down again.
That is she! She wasn't that bad looking as a young woman; but her plastic surgeon should have been in jail. Bless her heart; she died in 2014 at the age of 88.
