Russia shelled Ukrainian troops trying to save a wounded comrade. The life-and-death struggle took place in Bakhmut back in April. A soldier with a thigh wound had to be carried off the battlefield. His comrades tried to stretcher him away but were hit by artillery. They had to leave the man in the road as they took cover. During a break in the shell-fire they resumed their rescue mission. It is not clear whether the man survived his injuries. The video was taken around a month before Bakhmut fell. Ukraine is now fighting to take the city back from Russia.
If used on civilians just like a bomb dropped on a civilian target is a war crime, a soldier shot with an Ak-47 in combat not a war crime, shooting a civilian with one is

There is a way to resolve this. I said it on FR months ago, and Trump just said it the other day. It has to be negotiated, taking both sides’ concerns into consideration.
Russia doesn’t want NATO missiles within easy bombing distance of Moscow. Ukraine doesn’t want is own culture and possibly even language obliterated by much stronger and bigger Russia. Just do it behind closed doors so the two nations don’t have to have the whole world watching while sausage is made.
I don’t know what Biden and the globalists want. Possibly they think they actually want a nuclear war. If so, we don’t have much chance of talking them out of it. But I’m still going to try. The scenario is too horrible to even contemplate if we just keep raising the stakes and finally it all explodes. Literally.
You have no proof Russia has been using Cluster Bombs.

The United States used cluster munitions in Iraq and Afghanistan on enemy positions.
Russia use their most sophisticate weapons almost exclusively on civilian infrastructure.
I see we have gone right back to discussing weapons again.

A detailed Human Rights Watch investigation found that the attack killed at least 58 civilians and injured over 100 others.
The CMC’s annual report on the use of such weapons around the world found that Ukrainian forces appear to have also used cluster munitions at least three times, adding that there was no evidence of Kyiv acquiring cluster munitions from other countries this year.
“Russia’s extensive use of internationally banned cluster munitions in Ukraine demonstrates a blatant disregard for human life, humanitarian principles and legal norms,” said Mary Wareham, one of the report’s co-editors.”
