A few of those Himars might miss another target and get thrown off their trajectory because of Russian EW you see and hit this plant. Now who is going to get blamed and might it cause NATO involvement? Is a set up coming out of desperation?
We do have better cruise missiles that don’t rely on GPS. But those aren’t given to Ukraine.
