California's reparations task force wants state lawmakers to ban the arrest and prosecution of people who violate laws against public urination and other "public disorder offenses," the task force said in its final report released last week.
The call to end police enforcement of laws, including those that prohibit public urination, is among the official policy recommendations listed in the final report, which contains 40 chapters and runs well over 1,000 pages.
"A signification [sic] proportion of law enforcement contact with the public relates to low-level, non-violent offenses. Thus, for example, law enforcement is frequently tasked with enforcing public disorder offenses, such as illegal camping, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, minor trespass, and public urination. Although the subjects of these contacts are often experiencing homelessness, a mental health crisis, or both, the responding officers typically possess neither training nor expertise in working with these vulnerable populations," the report charges.
The reparations task force did not immediately return Fox News Digital's request for further clarification on why police officers shouldn't enforce public urination laws.

This is no outlier. Policies like this are rampant and are destroying society.
In some states the police can be charged with a crime if they interact with juvenile delinquents.

Sounds like the reparations group doesn’t think Blacks are smart enough or lack the self control to be able to use inside toilets.
I suggest the state use its legislative body for legislative purposes. That includes passing on the sidewalk laws.
Third world solution from a third world mentality.
The reparations task force simply want Africa in Kali.
Wild animals urinate wherever they are when the urge hits them.
People don’t do that.

The committee shouldn’t even exist.
What are they saying about blacks? That they just need to be allowed to relieve themselves like beasts?
“Look, we Blacks cannot be held responsible for public urination. It is a response to long oppression in the days of slavery and legacy of Jim Crow. Therefore, it is racist to require Blacks to use a toilet. So stop trying to impose your ice people values on us!”

So that is reparations to blacks, allowing them to pee wherever they want? You must be kidding! It is time to restore decency to society. Some people simply refuse to fit in and should be dealt with accordingly.
Why don’t they just come out and say what they really want? No blacks arrested for anything.
Basically,this group is admitting that blacks are morons and are unable to be held account for any decent acts...... public urination,child support for their children and stealing, just to mention a few......
In the meantime, the members of the California Reparations Task Force publicly defecate their pile of diseased delusions.
What would the response be from the “reparations committee” if a group of white guys were to show up at their houses and pee in their front yards?
