Of the eight people I know who got the vaccine five of them, all those in their sixties or older, attribute substantial new medical problems to the shot. The other three are younger and not showing any additional symptoms at this time. In the case of those showing symptoms, the symptoms started on average within a few hours of the shot. Two required immediate hospitalization.
I know exactly five people who have received the vaccine; some of these twice. Of these five two have had no reaction. The other three did. One was a man about age 30; he said he would not allow a vaccination again.
My son has some sort of “long covid” from the shots - he has continuing night sweats, has been sick repeatedly requiring two trips to urgent care and a lot of time off of work, got strep throat twice - and then got COVID. I worry about his heart.
He has been to a number of doctors and his tests all come out clean, still it’s been a year and a half and he can’t seem to shake some of the recurring symptoms.
He is 28 years old.
