Exactly. They were doing 7% annual increases while the rest of the country was getting 2-3% raises for years. Then they wonder why some people question going to college altogether.
And that’s what this all about. For decades liber have absolutely hosed kids for unconscionable amounts of money; made them indentured life servants, not they want to assuage their liberal guilt.
Cut worthless programs and the staff, insurance and OPEX expenses all go away. You won’t need those students who do nothing more then aspire to senior barista at Starbux positions.

That’s higher than inflation. Why are these institutions raising costs at higher rates than inflation on people whose brains are not even fully developed when they sign the contract?

Their salaries are in the millions. Why?
Why not have the schools themselves provide the loans? Or hell, how about “Free” Tuition?
If there was real press, maybe they would figure out the ENORMOUS pile of $$$ the universities are sitting on. The Endowment at just a single small liberal arts college in Iowa alone that I’m aware of is around $2 Billion dollars.
Ya gotta hand it to democrats and the media. None of these genius college grads are smart enough to figure this out
