I came here from the UK. It also has nothing that really resembles the USA Constitution. Historically, it has been considered a bastion of free speech. No longer. Now they have subjective ‘hate speech’ laws. People get arrested over comments online.
The right to self defense is also subjective. You can also only use ‘appropriate force’, otherwise you’re guilty of a crime - up to murder. It is a subjective standard, one that *requires* you to put yourself in unnecessary risk.
There is no protection from the government turning tyrannical. Which has basically happened already, COVID proved that. They do have the ‘right to bear arms’ but only ‘as deemed necessary’ (by the crown).
While England did provide the basis for our Constitution, the Magna Carta, it was largely only addressing the power of the monarchy - several hundred years ago.
This should make things REEEEEEALY interesting next summer...

There is no one set of motives that apply to all immigrants. But I think many come here with some contradictory emotions. They are leaving behind a failed nation and culture that does not provide them what they want. At the same time they feel resentment and envy toward people of white European descent who have established the nations so many want to escape to.
Some immigrants are dealing with pride in the failed cultures they left and resentment of the successful one they escaped to, and that can lead to some contradictory and irrational emotions and actions.
All those burned out vehicles produce more pollution than I have with my cars.
Where is the outrage from the climate activists over the destructive, polluting behavior of the “migrants?”
The muslims having taken weapons depots are no up-armed and the Cops are out-gunned; only the military can stop them now.
But Macaroni is too naive and thinks its about a video game, as Paris burns and civilians get their hands cut off and worse.
Unless the military is brought in, Paris will become a muslim enclave, and the Louvre will burn. Next, Marseilles will fall and the rest of France will follow.

We were witness to what happened in Marseilles last night. Our tour went past several burned up cars and destroyed businesses. When we arrived in the old port,they were sweeping up glass and boarding up from the night prior. In the port, i wanted mussels
and fries but every place was closing early. We wanted to grab a glass of wine but no place we passed was accepting customers. Imagine that, French restaurants not selling wine. We went to a square with a carousel filled with families and children where we grabbed a coffee when i noticed the feral hoards gathering, preparing to culturally enrich the locals. After seeing dozens of military aged immigrants in masks and black backpacks gathering, we headed for the bus. Then the democrats came and they started throwing projectiles AT FAMILIES!!!! The last thing I saw were dozens of police vehicles heading there. The left destroys everything it touches.
