DeSantis Staffer Jabs Trump at the Expense of a Holocaust Survivor
As his 2024 presidential campaign is in the middle of an unprecedented reboot because of money woes and dipping poll numbers, Governor Ron DeSantis’s Rapid Response Director Christina Pushaw appears to have gone off script again. This past Saturday night, Pushaw found it funny to take a swipe at former President Donald Trump at the expense of a Holocaust survivor that lost his entire life savings.
In response to a CNN story about a woman who was sentenced to 51 months in prison for stealing $2.8 million from the Holocaust survivor, Pushaw tweeted, “Trump 2028 campaign is gonna hire her when she gets out.”

Well, that’s why it sounds rather lame to announce that making something already illegal is going to be made illegal by executive order.
It’s like saying he’s going to sign an EO to make it illegal to kill people.
