"Last fall in Michigan, another pro-life advocate, Joan Jacobson (85 years old) was shot (in the back) by a pro-abortion man while she was campaigning ahead of the election." What should have been attempted murder and aggravated assault charges, both felonies, were pled down to misdemeanors. No jail time and a $350 fine.
