Is this written in the law somewhere? Did they really have time to come up with crap like that in the Massachusetts general assembly, legislature or whatever the heck they call it up there ? Or is this something that MassDOT has just created for this particular incident ? Kinda like what the Bad Attitude Towards Freedom and Equality group does with Firearms.
