I’d say meaningless since it doesn’t mention who is to determine that they can’t be redeemed.
It has no meaning. It’s an opinion poll.
If it stops with Idaho, then not too much meaning.
But if 25 state legislatures were to do this or something similar - even just a resolution of censure for the FBI - then it would start conversations all over.
Voters need to ask and debate if the FBI is crooked? Can FBI testimony be trusted? Does the FBI routinely lie? Is the FBI dangerous to the Republic?
When a few jury foremen come back and tells the court the jury voted to acquit the defendant because the evidence was tainted by FBI involvement, then you have an urgent basis to reform the agency. Or abolish it altogether.
First, someone must start the national conversation.
