Moderna (MRNA.O) said on Thursday it has completed the submission of a regulatory application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its updated COVID-19 vaccine to target subvariant XBB.1.5.
The company said preliminary clinical data demonstrated a robust immune response by its XBB.1.5 monovalent vaccine against XBB descendent lineage viruses.

There’s kind of a new theory going around that yes COVID existed as did many other corona viruses but they ramped the PCR test sensitivities so high that you are ALWAYS going to test positive because almost everyone has or has had a coronavirus bumping around their system.
The reason it so heavily affected the elderly and no one young was because of the tendency to hospitalize those elderly first, where they died of resdenivir and secondary pneumonia (because antibiotics were not supposed to cure COVID).
When I got over this myself I wondered about it, but COVID definitely does exist, so there’s the element of the lab leak as well. However, because by next year free speech is probably going to be heavily limited, no one will ever find out the truth because those people will hang if this is true.

I had a patient at my pharmacy yesterday asking for another shot - she had one two weeks ago. She asked because she heard there was a new one (probably the one in the article). She asked if they were making a new shot for the newest variant.
It’s a coronavirus. It’s going to mutate on a regular, rapid basis - there’s no point to vaccinating or trying to make one. This whole scenario is just disturbing.
