Stoltenpoop’s statement might make a little bit of sense if hohos had two years to play with but, in reality, it’s more like one and a half or two months.

Which, of course, was the whole point.

Personally, I am extremely happy about the effect this Russian invasion has had on the West’s military readiness and weapons manufacturing base, military budgets, and weapons and ammo orders.
Facing the China threat, I really did not like where the West and our Pacific allies were 16 months ago.

The museum tanks are serving as short to medium range mobile artillery. They are well suited to that. The T90s are there but you’re not seeing many tank battles. Hoho tanks are being killed by standoff weapons and the alligators...

Russia is deploying older tanks because it easier to refurbish their mechanics than it is to refurbish the 1980’s style electronics in new tanks.
But, soon it will be T-55 tanks against no tanks. And, WW1 style trench warfare is coming.

I’m pretty sure Putin’s arsenal has been a bit depleted as well. Not to mention he’s lost quite a bit of manpower while we’ve lost none.
But China......

Its one of the stupidest comment of the many we hear by the Zeeper trolls.
It's your stupidity that is exposed by posts like this one:

Poland is well ahead of the curve. It is replacing the Soviet era warplanes it gave to Ukraine, with F-35s; and, it’s replacing the Soviet era tanks and even older German Leopard tanks it has transferred to Ukraine with Korea K-2 Black Panther tanks.
To: ganeemead
Again, if what you say is true then why didn’t Russia win an overwhelming victory fifteen months ago?

I am sure that they still have plenty and are making plenty more.
Russia does not have the capabilities to keep up with what the NATO countries and the U.S. are throwing at them in Ukraine.
And China is being very careful about how much support they provide Russia, and what kind of support. China has a lot to lose too, and they will not become the prime provider to Russia in the struggle.
Russia is done, but they can't admit it; not yert.

Another Hindustan times video of clickbait headlines and screencap scenes.
"NATO is out of weapons!" "Is NATO running out of weapons?" "NATO head says west needs to replenish weapons and increase its arms industry."
Previously reported, and not mentioned in this Hindustan Times video, is that the US and Europe are already are increasing arms production.
Meanwhile Russia replaces lost T-72s to T-90s with T-55s, and talks about the success of their attack helicopters as they are getting shot down.

I see it as 100% different from what you are suggesting
I also see us getting rid of old stock, old technology and the testing of those old ideas while making shelf space for new and improved weaponry.
The war arena has dramatically changed and much of the armaments and ammo are based on the old ways and tools of war. Out with the old and in with the new!

We’ve certainly developed a “trans-gap” that our opposition can’t overcome.
