That happened about two months ago. Cops said that they couldn't do anything since he didn't leave the driveway. One said, "Why don't you just unload the truck and put it back in your garage?" Sure, a 60-year-old with service-connected back issues should just off-load toolboxes and a window air conditioner.

Funny ,if he thought the guy had been drinking, he could stop him before he left the drive way though. ( at least that happened to my sil in a parking lot)
