Interesting. A solid breakfast and lunch, with a moderate tea time, possibly preventing glycemic fluctuations.
‘Eight of 10 participants were Black.’
it’s as if we were discussing TV commercials...
I said it before and I’ll say it again. Thank you for posting these articles.
The older I get, the more these articles apply to me.
Maybe that’s just a coincidence. 🤔

Need a lot more money....to be sure.
Of course I only have myself to reference but in my lengthy study of one, this is the worst advice possible.
I know its no just me though.
I was just reading something recently saying that in their study that 1 in 4 were likely to experience a spike in sugar 3 hours later especially after a common carb full American breakfast.
This leads to a day long running battle of insulin/sugar and the desire to eat.
Having experienced this, Ill tell you that if you make that mistake in the morning then by 8 oclock your considering killing the passing neighbor child for their candy bar. It just wont get under control.
I found skipping eating the first 8 after waking and eat once in the evening doesnt cause this for me. No cravings, urges, nothing.
This happens to be the way I ate when I was younger just naturally when left to myself. I didnt change that until I got older and though I didnt have health problems I decided to “get healthy” and eat “the right way”. Gained a huge amount of weight and damn near killed me. Gave up on “being healthy” (eating 3 times and 782 servings of carbs or what the hell ever it was they used to try to cram into us). Went back to a supper of meat with a few vegetables for texture and somehow accidentally got healthy again.
