(Kellogg, Idaho) — A shooting in Kellogg Idaho has left 4 people dead, after reports of indecent exposure, perversion, and pedophilia were ignored by local law enforcement and Kellogg High School staff.
The Idaho Tribune has learned, according to several sources, that the name of one of the victims is 18 year old Devin Smith, a recent graduate of Kellogg High School.
Those same sources told the Idaho Tribune that Smith was caught masturbating in class and “was only given one, maybe 2 days of in school suspension” as punishment for his perverted acts. These allegations remain unconfirmed at this time.
According to several viral posts online, in a local Facebook forum, the same person, 18 year old Devin Smith was also caught masturbating while looking at his neighbors; two underage girls.

It just amazes me how the school boards protest parents who are given a 5 minute platform at the meetings where the parents read the perversions that CHILDREN are encouraged to read. Years ago I had a librarian SCREAM at me when I got upset at a man looking at porn on a computer in full view of children.

Well, the father stopped the pervert next door, and was subsequently arrested. So, I guess that proves your point.

The pervert had more rights than the kids in the class who were forced to tolerate his degeneracy.
A generation ago, the masturbator would have been immediately and permanently removed from a classroom full of children, sent to psychiatric care and a school that specializes in children with severe emotional disturbances (called SED schools, I worked next to one).
Now this is considered on the "normal" continuum and allowed.

However, stopping the pervert earlier is that which was not allowed. The school, the cops, the parents, someone should have stopped him earlier. They ignored the pervert and portrayed the victims as the problem.

Sounds to me like the shooter had his own issues. There is no good guy here.

Good. The family HAD to know he was like that and did nothing to correct it after the first time. We have to rid our society of sexual perversion or we’re all doomed. Law enforcement failed big time here.
