Same here, by far - but some don’t understand why we’d still prefer DeSantis to Biden (or any other Dem/Prog). I don’t understand them.

The Trump rally in Minden brought people from as far away as the Bay Area in California...a 2,3 or 4 hr drive over those mountains in the background. Reno is less than an hour drive north.

As events have unfolded since the 2020 election here in the U.S., I would make four points here that stack the deck very heavily against someone like Ron DeSantis:
1. I have come to despise lawyers in public office.
2. I have come to despise career politicians.
3. It's much harder to corrupt a billionaire.
4. Anyone who worked as a Federal prosecutor should be given the public respect one would give to a child molester.

Your BS article is exactly that. I was there. There’s already a thread for this. But have your laugh. We will have the last laugh, not you.
The place was packed. The bulk of the crowd was behind where that view was, those are just a few people standing at the very front. Behind the camera, and the reason the person with the camera was where they were, is because it was shaded. I’d actually place the crowd it somewhere around 1000 or so. I see a news report saying three or 4000, but I don’t think there’s that many. DeSantis was energetics, the crowd was very excited, and country. With some comments, there was a lot of DeSantis shirts and hats. All in all it was a very good and positive event.
