Why 20 heavily armed agents? Couldn’t two politely ask for the forms? (although not legal). Maybe they could have a couple younger guys carry the boxes of records. But, no. This is to intimidate. This is tell you that they can come, at any time, and without notice. Mostly importantly the message is that you are outnumbered and cannot do anything about it.
Field experience? These become leaders or future raiding parties?
I wonder what “heavily armed” means. Guys in full tac gear with MP-5s? I’m more inclined to believe it was guys...and gals... in chinos and polo shirts, with sidearms.
