I’m mildly curious as to what condition requires the supplemental oxygen.

She's going to cost the taxpayers a lot of money if she makes it to 65....for that matter she may already be costing the taxpayer money.

She either is getting supplemental oxygen, or has an oxygen concentrator
She is so big that she cannot take a normal breath.
Bet she has mild respiratory acidosis
,CO2 level and pH are elevated and O2 level is hanging around 88-90, and Bicarbonate is elevated as well
Nothing like having COPD at her age.
