Yeah, I'm not sweating it. Like the old joke goes, "It's not a question of whether or not machines think, but whether men do." From my experience, most software development doesn't even make it to CMM level 1, and in small companies especially, it's bedlam.

Good luck with an AI figuring all that out. The wetware can barely hang on.

The biggest threat to my job is getting the boot for telling those Large And In Charge that all their buzzword-rich happy-crap goes nowhere.
