The term "toxic masculinity" refers to traits of Godly men, i.e. exactly the opposite of what the author suggests. The concept of "toxic masculinity" is designed to silence and shame Godly men.

If you want more Godly men, then you need more Godly women.

Why are so many men turning to drugs, sports, video games, etc? Because they have given up on the idea of having godly and devoted wives of their own. The women no longer save themselves for marriage, and in too many marriages do not have much interest in keeping their husbands happy.

You have women throwing themselves at the most desirable men and showing contempt for “average” men.

If the women in pastors’ pews were interested in being chaste and godly wives, then you would not HAVE to preach to men, as they would be competing vigorously to be the kind of man who would be worthy of a good wife.

But preachers are afraid of insulting the women in their congregations, so they do not call them out for their sins. Berating men is safe. Chastising badly behaving women is dangerous, and too many pastors are cowards. They operate as businessmen who need paying seats, rather than preachers of God’s Word. Hardly any of them are willing to risk financial martyrdom.

A recent survey reveals that only 1/5 of those that profess to be born again Christians actually read God’s word on a daily basis.
From what I see that actually is a very optimistic number.
We must abide in the vine, abide in Christ.
It is not hard to recognize Godly men. They’re abiding in his word. They talk about his word. They talk about what God is doing in their daily lives to conform them to the image of Christ as He has promised.

I know of a pastor who gave up and moved away because his congregation shrunk and even after the first two years of Covid some folks refused to go back because he wasn’t requiring masks. He told them they should not have a spirit of fear but just felt he was being irresponsible.

Stop scapegoating women. Porn decimated the men in this country. You can blame the prostitute but it was the pimps, the business men who set up shop and produced it and distributed it. One one hand you go after women because some want to be leaders but you never go after the men of weak character and morality that were leaders and have abdicated their roles. Look at the betrayal in this country, look at all the men fighting the good fight that are being betrayed by other men.
