Before 2012 my policy covered four of us, with a $1500 deductable for treatment and $25 copay for routine office visits, for 450.00 per month.
After 2012 if couldn’t find a policy to cover two of us, with a $5000 deductible for routine visits and treatment, for less than $1500 per month.
If I could find one - most insurers bailed the state.
