I would assume some lawsuits over this action. Ironically it may be the federal government suing Bank of America over this action and then of course settling and keeping all the settlement for the government. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Nothing illegal about it. Read the fine print of your depository agreements. The bank owns your bank records, not you.

Bank of America should be run out of business.

Well if the IRS can do it I have to assume the FBI can do it as well. Bank privacy was more or less obliterated by Regan with the Drug Kingpin Act and Bush with the Patriot Act.

For decades now, only fools made purchases at gun stores with anything but cash.

Then any gun beyond one gun carried for work should become public information. Along with any member of their household.

Illegalality and rule of law don’t matter to our enemies. I really wish Republicans would knock it off with the “rule of law” thing. Hearing a republican preach about the rule of law to a leftist is like the poor, naked Jew reminding the German that closing the oven door was illegal. It was, but the German didn’t care and the Jew couldn’t enforce his position.

Sure it is, but they don't care. We just shrug our shoulders and say "well, what are we gonna do?"

Hence the reason they continue to get away with it. Nobody ever does anything and never will.

This was not done by an institution. It was done by people. Who are they?
