I’d be more shocked if there were NO vote fraud.
When Democrats run out of Republicans to cheat, they start cheating other Democrats. The winner of the "election" is always supposed to be the person sanctioned by the State Democrat Central Committee. If they run out of ballots, they will always find more for their preferred candidate.
The only time vote fraud is prosecuted is when some upstart Democrat defies the choice of the Central Committee.
Saw this up close in Pierce and King counties in the State of Washington. I am guessing that it works the same way in California, particularly in Los Angles.

The democrats have vote cheating down to a science. And with the unconstitutional changes for kung flu they now have a month of early voting to get the ballots where they need to go. They don’t have to have massive cheating. Just a few votes here or there in districts that matter. For example in Oregon. Democrats win every time with mail in voting. There are so many bums in the I5 corridor they harvest their ballots and move their addresses to conservative district. I know for fact (witnesses it personally at my old office) immigrants are given vote ballots thanks to “motor voter.” AND when pointed out the local bureaucrats say “we aren’t allowed to ask for proof of citizenship. All it takes are the van loads of ballots driven to the collection boxes where the democrats are down. Now, it is baked in to the cake and with the massive fraud the democrats know they will never lose again.
Yep, that’s why I keep posting on all these threads that are about the election - “Neither Trump nor DeSantis are going to win ANYTHING unless election integrity is taken care of”
RIGHT NOW it should be THE #1 priority, Republicans should be screaming about it non-stop, be absolutely relentless like Democrats otherwise forget it, get use to hearing this November 5th 2024 at night: “And it looks like Joe Biden has won himself a 2nd term” which will be like saying “Welcome to tyranny all you suckers, the USA is finished”
