Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Anthony Bass said Thursday he doesn't believe an anti-LGBTQIA+ social media post he shared last month was hateful.
The right-handed reliever also said he is "working hard" to educate himself, including meeting with the executive director of group Pride Toronto.
Bass is scheduled to catch the ceremonial first pitch from Toronto LGBTQIA+ activist leZlie Lee Kam before Friday's game against Minnesota as the Blue Jays begin their fourth annual Pride Weekend celebration.
Give it up, dude. You already kowtowed and signed up for re-education camp. Too late to be defending yourself now.

I’ve tried to tell people that being mind controlled is not indicative of low IQ, but that the mind controllers target other aspects of the mind than intellect.
On the other hand, I think there’s a strong case to be made that it doesn’t take a genius to be a mind controller.

He’s right there. You can never do enough to satisfy these freaks. Other than maybe make it mandatory for all people to become LGBTQIA.

And we were all told to shut up about slippery slopes because these freaks just "wanted to be accepted". Now if we don't support their causes, we are haters and bigots.
Solution: be boring and non-argumentative. The problem is that sociopaths hate themselves and feel forced to get approval from innocent bystanders. After all, they hate themselves and feel horrible. If you can’t avoid the storm, then quit the Blue Jays team.
Any hint of disagreement with the homosexual agenda is labeled as hate. As per part three of my tagline, TRUTH is the new HATE SPEECH.
