Before the Woke Wars began in earnest, I once naïvely thought that men's professional sports would remain a small redoubt from the insipid idiocy of "political correctness." Stadiums where rowdy fans cheer on strong men engaging in physical acts of confrontation — and sometimes bloody violence — seemed like sturdy cultural ramparts capable of keeping leftist indoctrination at bay. Alas, owner-imposed ideology across leagues and organized intimidation campaigns against individual players have combined with enough force to crash through the gates.
Now grown men who have spent their lives training for battle meekly embrace ever-changing Marxist planks before millions of spectators, who likewise are allowed to watch only if they implicitly accept the State's woke dogma. Will players and fans be forced to kneel during the National Anthem this week? To reject their religious faith as an expression of "hate"? To applaud child-grooming and predation? To cheer the World Health Organization's dictatorial control over their lives? Stay tuned. The sports leagues will let you know what to believe just as soon as the Marxist brigades lay down new marching orders. Even men with a surplus of testosterone will be expected to comply.
Just as the beer companies, fake conservative news networks, and so many iconic American companies before them, the sports leagues have turned their backs on generations of loyal fans in a display of repugnant pusillanimity. I wonder whether the Judases will one day regret it. I know that the ESG- and DIE-pushing communists are castrating corporate holdouts that resist the Woke Borg, but by bending to the Borg's will, these companies have destroyed any goodwill with lifelong allies. When the Marxists come for another pound of flesh from their corporate vassals...

Just like the SS in pre-war Germany, the Woke will have to artificially separate us from communication with each other. The un-Woke will be--must be--sent to the work camps.

I’ve learned there is a difference between physical bravery and moral courage. I’ve seen some ugly scenarios. Not the least is watching men who have taken the pledge of allegiance who stand around watching football players disrespect tge flag, people they’ve paid kneeling for tge anthem and say nothing. Don’t walk out
All too often writers preach the obvious to us as to how bad our situation really is! They define with clarity how we got here. But they present little detail on how to correct the problem. Recognizing the problem is just a small part of the solution.
The author is ignorant about sports. Professional sports leagues don’t care about their fans — because they generate far more revenue from TV deals and corporate sponsorships.

The owners. The money guys. They are the ones who cave fast in order to keep the cash rolling in. What they do is very visible. What isn’t visible or easily knowable is how many of the an average joes are buying any of this crap. There may be a hell of a lot more roar than water in this wave. We may find out as it seems to be going completely fecking crazy.
It’s also in the stores we shop at. In the airports... droning on over and over. It infests the schools at all levels. Its on the internet, it’s on our streets. And on the radio and tv, like you mentioned. It’s at our sports events, in our military, in our places of employment. It’s at our libraries, at our community events, in our parades, in our politics.
But yeah, other than that, its not really in our faces.
Very good point. Just turn it off and encourage everyone in your family to turn it off. Propoganda doesn’t work when it doesn’t enter your gray matter.
So true. Sports are still going. They are still making money and they are still filling stadiums. I don’t think people today care anymore about this country because they are getting their daily dose of entertainment like sports and now betting online. Makes it easy to forget what the teams did a year or two ago. Some still are.
Everybody has their part to play. Eloquent and concise writers inform the masses and hopefully inspire a true leader.

The only thing I might add is that the situation is complicated now, because we are being invaded by a multitude of foreign nationals, and our public school system has been compromised as well as our moral standards being destroyed.
Our Declaration of Independence is being challenged by the “Declaration of Dependence” aided and abetted by our own government.
