Is Jesus woke? Since Christ is usually the lapel worn on the sleeves of those who oppose being woke, it begs the question, right? Would Jesus Christ be in denial or “aware of and actively attentive to important societal facts and issues especially of racial and social justice” as Merriam-Webster’s defines the adjective?
First, did Christ behave in a woke way? A nostalgic recall of biblical stories throughout the ages says yes. One only need to recollect the parable of the Good Samaritan, the Woman at the Well or the Healing of the Roman Centurion’s Pais to support that Jesus’ actions were woke — not to forget, Him being too inclusive was one of the many reasons, among several, for why He was murdered.
Second, how about what He said? Verse after verse in the Gospels support that Jesus and His message were for all who believe, not all who believe but are not gay, Black, female, etc. The hallmark verse plastered at NFL end-zones where Christ said, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life” is pretty inclusive — we’re all a whosoever.
So for the persons who oppose being woke, in the name of Jesus, it seems like a careful study of the person you say you believe in is in order. Simply stated: It’s more synchronous with Jesus’ actions and words to be a proud woke Christian than a denying, sleepwalking one.

Jesus healed the sick, but never performed a single abortion or sex change so....I don’t think he was “woke” at all....

He also had a sense of humor and liked a good joke now and then. Ever seen a wokester with that going for ‘em? NOPE! Humorless bunch, that lot.
Jesus did not glorify sexual depravity like the way sodomites do.
He called for the protection of children, not the grooming and exploitation of them the way homosexuals do.

Salvation is free and available to all—but it comes with a caveat, that Christ intends to make the saved into disciples, requiring a level of holiness that, as He put it, exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, the holiest people of their day.
A homosexual can become a Christian, but if he expects to be allowed by Christ to remain a homosexual, he has a lot to learn about his newly-installed Lord. And that goes for anyone who is into any type of unGodly behavior, including and especially me. (Paul proclaimed himself the chief of sinners, but he never met me.)
Jesus was/is not Woke. Never been, never will be.
He also told people to stop doing things that almost got them killed. Like being a whore for example.
When did expect that? When Obama told him he'd give him anything he wanted, and Biden follows through. He must be laughing hysterically.
He doesn't have much to laugh at, since he is the leader of an equally perverted country.
Jesus knew a sinner whenever he met one. He knew who the fakerd were,too.
Any sane reading of Scripture is that acceptance and obedience to God (and Jesus) is voluntary. It is never forced. We cannot mandate others by government or any other force to accept and believe and practice Christianity.
Those who force others are false prophets, false Christians.
