I don’t know your living conditions, but if bad goes to worse and you don’t have enough weaponized people to protect your property, all the canned goods, toilet paper and soap won’t save you.
Have some get away needs already in your vehicle. And the the know how to survive without luxuries.

If it is just a supply caused financial crisis, supply of good may help, but be ready to protect it.

Rusty my community is small enough I don’t worry to much about people coming to my home and taking what I have. I worry more about going out shopping etc and the possibility of being shot.

It is those people who live in the big cities that need to really worry but there again the hoodlums just break into the stores and take everything.

You are so right, if we can’t protect it then it’s not ours. That’s the problem with being older people without family around. We have some good neighbors but we don’t exactly know if we can count on them until something happens. We do know that we all think the same way though. But if people are hungry, their morals might change.
