How is this wrong?

I mean yes, there is more to it and if you are dealing with something like being too thin it is not helpful at all but if you are trying to lose weight in general this is not bad advise. You should also try to get out and walk every day. If you can not do thirty minutes do twenty, ten or even five. Over time you will be able to do more.

Exactly. It’s pretty good advice for an ordinary weight-loss program. For anorexic crazy people, not so good, because they’re not rational.

Maybe the chatbot should ask each caller about height and weight first off, run a quick BMI calculation, and then decide what advice to give after learning that.
