Russia has issued an arrest warrant for US Senator Lindsey Graham, after an edited video appeared to show him celebrating Russian troops' deaths.
The footage, which spliced together two separate moments, was posted by President Volodymyr Zelensky's office after the pair met in Kyiv on Friday.
In it Senator Graham called aid to Kyiv as "the best money we've ever spent", noting Russian troops were "dying".
The senior Republican said he would wear the warrant as a "Badge of Honor".
"To know that my commitment to Ukraine has drawn the ire of Putin's regime brings me immense joy," Senator Graham wrote in a Twitter post on Monday. "I will continue to stand with and for Ukraine's freedom until every Russian soldier is expelled from Ukrainian territory."

The problem with an international arrest warrant hanging over a person is that they have to be VERY CAREFUL when leaving their home country, so Lindsey can act cute now, but he knows it only takes one misstep, or even just some bad luck, for him to be given a ride to the country he hates, with no return ticket in sight.

As a politician and citizen I guess Lady Graham should have his right to back whichever side as we are officially neutral.
But to celebrate Russian deaths is just inflammatory war jingoism and endangers us all. He should be impeached.
As much as I despise Graham, you do realize that video was altered to combine two separate comments, each made independent of the other, right? That is agitprop.
The chatty chickenhawk has also called for the assassination of Putin.
It doesn’t matter. What he did was irresponsible. He’s canny enough to know the potential of how his comments would be used, and appears to be just fine with it.
Extradite ALL of them!
