“You never talk about protecting the sovereignty being lost with the much larger, with far greater consequences for the world, invasion taking place in this country.”
***********************************************

Well, for one, there is plenty of “talk” here about the border problems. And it isn’t going to change anytime soon. I am against illegal immigration. No amnesty. No what Biden is doing. As for Trump, walls are a deterrent but no more. The solution is too bring the wrath of the Fed govt on to anyone who hires illegals. Then no one will hire them - ergo no one will come here to work.

There, are we clear where I stand? Now, why should I yammer about the border situation to people who see it as I do? Preaching to the choir is boring. Talking about Ukraine is a lot more interesting since there is different opinions on it.

Lastly, at least I am consistent. I believe in ALL countries right to their and sovereignty. That includes UKRAINE and USA. We should not support invasions aimed at destroying it.

Kapisch?

Do you also believe that about the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics?

Preaching to the choir is boring. Talking about Ukraine is a lot more interesting since there is different opinions on it.

There is only one option, and that is to get a diplomatic solution. Had we begun with that option we most likely would have gotten Putin to leave Ukraine with the only concession being the return of the Crimea to Russia. The war would not have generated the destruction or the blood shed. That option is now long gone.

But our problem is not limited to just our problems at the border. We also have a spending problem that has created a 31 trillion debt problem. The invasion of our country that has gone unabated for decades has added to that debt problem. In addition, it has also created the problem of people who are not citizens participating, and adversely affecting, elections diluting the say Americans have in choosing their leaders. A war that is spending even more money in large chunks is only hastening the demise of this nation through financial ruination.

By supporting Ukraine, which is a very corrupt nation itself, is a foolhardy mission. The loss of the U.S. to become yet another tyrannical shithole has much greater negative consequences for the world, than does the loss of Ukraine.

The leader of Ukraine, Zelenskyy, entered into a pact with the devil when he agreed to turn his nation into a battlefield & offered up his citizens as canon fodder, in order for this country to start yet another protracted military involvement. This is exactly how Vietnam progressed.

Certain citizens reap big financial gains, while the majority are left with the burden of paying the bill.

You failed to say what country you are really from, because if you are from the U.S. you are being nothing more than a useful idiot that never learns exactly how the scam that fleeces the citizens of their hard-earned money, works.

Do you understand what you are even doing to the world? the answer is no, because you are engaging in this apparently for your own entertainment, since you say it's more interesting. I'm not sure how anyone finds war interesting? Thanks for showing us your true motivations for supporting war. You are a sick individual.

No different than the Isolationism vs Interventionism discussions back in 1939-40.
